Cooking Class: How to Cook Meat!

One of the most common questions we get is “what’s the best way to cook this?”. We’re glad you asked! Join us on Friday, March 29th from 6 – 9 PM for an interactive cooking class where we’ll explore the best methods for preparing various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken & duck. We’ll go through cutting, preparation and cooking the cuts that will then be part of your dinner that evening along with family style sides and a glass of wine or beer.
Registration deadline is March 26 @ 7:00 PM, and reservations are non-refundable after 7:00 PM on March 24th.
Class fee is $100 and inclusive all taxes and service fees.
We require a minimum of 12 students and maximum of 24.
